Stellar, a venture-backed marketplace for Single-Family Rental (SFR) maintenance, has appointed Matt Wetrich as VP of Operations, effective May 1, 2023. Wetrich, with extensive experience at Veho, Uber, and Bank of America, will oversee Sales, Account Management, Contractor Recruitment, and Regional Operations across Stellar’s nine U.S. metros. His expertise will contribute to scaling Stellar’s leading marketplace for solving home maintenance problems in the SFR market.

Wetrich recently held the position of Regional General Manager at Veho, overseeing U.S. operations and associated profit and loss statements. During his tenure, Veho expanded from three to 32 markets in a little over two years, achieving revenue growth of over 15 times. Before joining Veho, Wetrich held various leadership positions at Uber, contributing to critical areas such as Global Sales Strategy Planning and Analytics, Program Management, & Business Planning. His contributions at Uber included the development of new business ventures within Uber Eats, including a $500 million advertising platform that assists merchants in increasing their visibility and reaching new customers.

Wetrich expressed his strength in creating systems that address clients’ significant challenges and scaling them with a people-first and customer-centric approach.
